From Librarian to Cybrarian

About

Thank you for visiting my blog!  I am a library school student / (almost) librarian  in a small public library system getting my feet wet learning the ins and outs of my new career.  I initially created this blog for an IT class at FIS, but I have kept it up (mostly for myself) as a way to chronicle my library experiences – to keep track of things I learn on the job and in school too.

Thank you for the very kind words on your blog.
I come from Dundas originally, and worked quite often in all of McMaster’s libraries, especially Mills. I’m very nostaglic, so all of the changes at Mac depress me a little. On the other hand, Mills is definitely a much nicer library now than it was 20 years ago.
My Dad taught German at Mac for 40 years, so the building I know best is Togo Salmon Hall – do you ever have classes there?

    take care,
    JonArno
